Thanks for posting the hymn “As With Gladness.” However, you needed to do a bit more research. The song was written by William Chatterton Dix, and today, as I write, is the 111th anniversary of his death. As to copyright information, the hymn is in the public domain. And it certainly shouldn’t be classed as a Children’s Song; it is for all.
