Pete Wentz posted this on his blog, check it out here: petewentz.com first off, i did show Adam, of Owl City, this video right after I made it. and he DID give me permission to post it. a lot of my videos have been taken down because people are saying that i go against “copyright terms”, which is crap. let’s just get that straight, Adam has seen this video. “Hello Seattle” is by Owl City. PLEASE DO NOT take their song illegally. I bought this song on iTunes, and I would appreciate it if you do the same for Owl City. Thank you. I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE MISTAKES IN THIS VIDEO. #1 – the lyrics. big deal. i googled the lyrics, and that’s what came up, so that’s what i used. #2 – the manta ray. yes, that does not look like a manta ray. i am also aware of that. i looked up the wrong picture, and that’s what showed up. a fish is a fish. so it’s okay, i know where i messed up, you do not need to inform me. I made this video in about 7 or 8 hours. I hope you enjoy it! It took me a lot of planning out and a lot of creative juice. Haha. ENJOY!

@waystoid this is also in 1989…7 years after they formed…nimes was in 2009…27 years after they formed…its awesome that they can still put on an awesome show. and still sound fucking fantastic after all this time.
don’t get me wrong, metallica still kick some serious ass & i look forward to seeing them in november…but this sounds so much better than on “nimes”
