I too agree I like the fact this is not political! As a long time fan of the White House I must say I really appreciate the amount of work Derek puts in. I was able to tour the White House in July 2006 after contacting my Congressman's office to get in a tour. I think it was the best tour of the White House I have ever had (I've been through several times in pre 9/11 days).Again thanks Derek for this website.

I was in Riga, Latvia visiting on business and decided to see the Old City. I didn't know where to start so I went to the city's tour guide register to find a “registered and certified” tour guide. I emailed several and explained that I needed a tour guide within a few hours. Zane replied and said she would be happy to provide her tour guide services within a couple of hours; and the fee was more than reasonable. To all those people looking for a knowledgable tour guide that made the walking tour fun with her theatrical dramatics, this is the lady you need to hire.
