Oh god Sara. Don’t turn straight! I am on probation but unfortunetly wouldn’t be dragged to one of your shows and def would love if i were your comfort focal point. Don’t really fit your type but I know playing hard to get would grab anyones attention. Good luck in finding someone who truely wouldnt want to be around you!

God I hope the ancient alien theory is true because if it is then when the aliens that visited earth centuries ago that posed as our gods comeback the might be the first actual super powered superhero and not the kick ass kid. Aliens are the only way superheroes can exist anyone agree.
Great post. The Fleet Foxes are impressive live. I wish I'd seen them at more than just a festival. Here's my top 5 for the year:
1. Okkervil River, Vampire Weekend, Tegan and Sara, Fleet Foxes, John Vanderslice at the Treasure Island Festival
2. Tullycraft, Fishboy, and Boat at the Sunset Tavern
3. Noah and the Whale at Chop Suey
4. The Magnetic Fields at Town Hall
5. Colin Meloy at the Showbox
I didn't know Seattle's Best Coffee before living in Portland, in France we only know Starbucks. But I made a distinction between the two brands relatively fast, and for me, Seattle's Best is, as said before, less elitist, and has this image of “good quality”.
I was really surprised when I knew the logo will change, and when I discovered it, I immediatly thought the link with Starbucks; this is really close to their creative charte… Sad ! The old logo illustrated the authenticity and the quality. Now, with that change, and the sell of Seattle's Best in Subway and Walmart, I agree with you, I think Seattle's Best's image will be affected in a bad way.
And if the goal of Starbucks' president was effectively to use Seattle's Best as their cheaper coffee, that means reducing costs and I'm afraid the quality will be affected. Added to the potential negative image caused by walmart partnership, it may be hard for Seattle to keep its “high quality” position.

I'm sorry to say this tegan but the White Sox are a small market club.
Don't argue that they play in Chicago etc, they're from the south side and that puts them on par with the Brewers or the Mariners.
Also the neighborhood around the Sox park is a war zone and decidedly not friendly, plus there's no where to go and throw in the chance of being hit over the head by a guy wielding a table leg and that's why the Sox are a distant second in Chicago.
