The girl singing for the band “Gits” in this video was brutally raped and murdered by a Cuban sociopath that spotted her walking home alone one night wearing her headphones and Walkmen. He posed her body like a crucifix on the side walk. It went unsolved until just a few years ago. Morbid, I know, but a sad truth none the less.

this is awesome,its good too see a film that was made while this ” movement ” was still going on, so it still kinda shows its purity and its honesty before herion and tragedys killed it, but I guess the media was also killing it before hand. But its all over now and disney pop music is everywhere and techno. I fucking hate techno!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and disney music fucking assholes

People want to know about the music scene in Seattle, and this was a major magazine putting in big dollars to spread the story to curious people.
