Damn. I love these drums he’s been using recently. This album, the Macklemore remix, the Grynch remix all got SICK drums on em. DIfferent, but in a good way. Much love, Sabz.

@GeometryInStatic After those 11 months I think the Blue Scholars have moved to my number 1. They are just so relaxing, and for me recently, that is what I’ve been needing. I have an anxiety disorder, so E&A’s paranoid stuff is not good for it lol, but I still love em. You’re right Sabzi>Abilities when it comes to in the studio, and Geo and Eyedea are just too different.
All of them kill Lil Wayne.
@HearingEveryRhyme Definitely hit the nail on the head. Except I must disagree on the E&A part. Eyedea might take Geo on the mic, but Sabzi’s production is head and shoulders above Abilities’. All of Abilities’ beats are very minimalist and tend to sound the same… then again, that’s just my opinion
BlueScholars is always chill. But when you’re actually walking down The Ave, the waterfront or Pike Place bumpin this, it truly speaks to the soul.
